If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request to EXCHANGE IT or RETURN IT
Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot accept international exchanges or returns

Contact info@coleccionzero.com within a maximum period of 5 business days from receipt of your purchase*
Email us with the subject: 'Exchange Request' + your Order Number
To package an exchange please read the conditions described below under the title 'Exchanges & Returns Conditions'
It is the customer's responsability to send us the package. Once we receive it we'll make sure to ship the new piece
The shipping costs arising from a subsequent exchange is borne by the customer
Keep in mind that made-to-order pieces do not admit exchanges since they are made especially for each client

Returned items will be 100% refunded through the same gateway used by the client when makeing the purchase
Please note that refund processes can take up to 5 business days, although they are generally refunded in 24 business hours
Made-to-order pieces are not elegible for refunds since they are specially made
