The collection and new delivery of the 1st exchange are the responsibility of COLECCION ZERO

If the purchase included free shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to send us the product and we will take care of sending the new product. We will send you more details once you contact us

The cost of collection and shipping arising from a subsequent change is borne by the customer

Keep in mind that made-to-order pieces do not admit changes since they are made especially for each client
